Israel made the experience easy. He made a fair and honest assessment without trying to inflate or take advantage. People make the difference. When he finished his work, I signed into a maintenance contract. And he will be putting my new system in when that time comes. For now, he thankfully bought me a little more time.

He was the only business that educated us on zoning and how it would help our HVAC system. The two days that we waited to have our home serviced, Israel provided cooling units to help keep us and our home cool. No other company offered this for us. We appreciated how quickly he responded to our initial inquiry. Air Carolinas Plus also upgraded our original thermostat units to Nests. He assessed the problem with our a/c and made a recommendation that would save us money in the long run. His team was able to come out to replace our a/c and convert our heating system very quickly.
